Bownce is the first IoT ball of its kind. This innovative sports and gaming device is designed to simplify everyday fitness. It is easy to install, so you can train anywhere: at home, in your office, or in your garden. Due to integrated electronic components, bownce tracks your performance and visualizes it in the app.
The trackers log every punch during a workout. You can analyze your pace, duration of the session, and force. Real-time statistics boost your performance.
The challenge of this device was to build a system consisting of a ball with integrated electronics and the floor fixture in a way that allows the ball to move freely after hitting. The first prototypes looked very bulky, but after many iterations, we found a way to make bownce look simple.
